Our solution to meet your ONU battery box needs:

• Lithium cells / batteries are classified UN3480, UN 3481, UN3090 and UN3091 (ionic or metal). They are classified as dangerous goods within the meaning of transport and must comply with the requirements of the regulations (ADR, IMDG and IATA DGR).
• Your batteries are tested 38.3 according to the manual of tests and criteria.
• In ADR, you must follow the packing instructions P903, P908, P909 or P910. Today the application of P911 is under study with us.
• In IATA, you must follow the packaging instructions PI 965, PI 967, PI 966, PI 968, PI 970 and PI 969 depending on the type of battery and its power in Wh or quantity of lithium in g.

We offer a range of standard UN boxes in stock with us to meet a specific need but we also develop tailor-made solutions with a setting adapted to your battery in order to allow safe transport.
We also have solutions for small batteries, button cell type according to the DS188 (certified post office box).

Our solution to transport your radioactive products

• You have radioactive substances containing low activity that do not require ASN approval: IP 1, IP 2, IP 3 and TYPE A liquid or solid.
• We have your complete packaging in foam cardboard with a plastic pot (containment) resistant to a differential pressure of 95kPa.
• This packaging has undergone all regulatory tests (ADR, IMDG and IATA / ICAO) for class 7 TYPE A liquid and solid in order to allow you to write your safety report and your certificate of conformity for unapproved packages.
• The fund is also UN for chemical risks in order to cover your subsidiary risks (DS 172 and in chapter 4.1.9.1.5).

ID 8000 IATA-OACI – Consumer product for the cosmetic and pharmaceutical industry.

• In air transport (IATA DGR), transport in limited quantities (LQ) does not have the same exemptions as in road and sea transport
• This diet is refused by many airlines except in the case of ID 8000.
• The affected products are packaged and distributed in a form intended or suitable for retail sale for personal or household use:
• Perfumery products, parapharmacy products, aerosols, etc. These products must be aerosols 2.1 or 2.2 and products of class 3, II and III, 6.1 III or carried the numbers UN 3077, UN3082, UN 3175, UN3334 or UN3335 without risk subsidiary
• Packaging ID 8000 must comply with packing instruction IE Y963 (1.2 m drop tests and 3 m stacking test).

• The box is triple fluted in order to provide you with strong resistance during normal road, sea and air transport conditions (ADR, IMDG and IATA).
• This box can contain solid bulk UN3077 type, metal powders, pigments … but also explosive objects of class 1 (fireworks, pyrotechnic material in particular), UN 1950 aerosols and lithium ion and metal batteries ( UN3480, UN3481, UN3090, UN3091)…
• Dual 4G / 4GV approval will allow you to put all types of inner packaging (glass, plastic, metal) also containing liquid dangerous goods.
• Our UN pallet boxes also allow the collection of hazardous waste under the R541-8 environmental code and ADR.
